Stephanie is a mom of 3- Benton (4), June (2) and Kathryn (3 months). She is a native Floridian originally from the tiny town of Graceville. After high school, she went to the University of Florida and graduated in 2008 as a dentist. She practiced dentistry for about 5 years before becoming full time mommy and Beachbody coach. Now she works anywhere and everywhere and is also slowly getting back into the world of dentistry. Her husband, Cass, also a dentist, has his own practice, Cook Family Dentistry, in Santa Rosa Beach.
